The deadline for teams to register for the tournament is June 7. Please submit a Preliminary Roster and a check payable to “SCSL” for $100.00 (cask is OK). Deliver both to the Darrell Shell Park concession stand (whenever they have games) in an envelope, “attn: John Cummings”. If not able to deliver to Darrell Shell Park, contact me and we will make another arrangement.

June 17 - 2the RAYSA Local Rules for your age division. Local Rules will be enforced as written during the tournament, supplemented by the Tournament Rules.

The team contact person will be the head coach unless otherwise noted. Teams may have up to 3 Coaches/Staff and 15 Players on their roster.  Teams may be regular season teams, combined teams, all-star teams, or multi-area teams. All players who participate in the RAYSA tournament must have been on a regular season RAYSA roster that should be confirmed by the area of play.

The Tournament will begin on Monday, June 17  and end on or before Friday, June 21.

Games will be played at Darrell Shell Park, Mon-Fri, at 6:00 pm and/or 8:00 pm.

The RAYSA Tournament is a Double-Elimination format for each age division. Each Team will play a minimum of 2 games. Games will continue per the Tournament Brackets until winners are determined in each age division.

Only rostered players and team staff are permitted inside the fenced areas.

All tournament dates and game schedules are subject to changes due to weather and facility conditions. As Tournament Hosts, SCSL will make all decisions regarding weather and facility conditions.

Games may be moved in order to complete the Tournament Brackets, and Dbl Headers are possible. Teams must be prepared to play at both 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm each night of the Tournament!

Tournament rosters may be changed until the coin flip for the team’s first game.
